Our breakthrough emerged from a stressed client in 2020. Their crucial investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements delivered to match. Instead of saying "impossible," our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—floral setups designed to look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
